1. Return Eligibility
Customers may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of receiving their orders.
2. Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, the OCA machine or accessory must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included tools and manuals.
3. Initiation of Return
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide your invoice/order number and a detailed reason for the return.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Given the weight and technical nature of OCA machinery, please ensure that the items are securely packaged in their original wooden crate/box to prevent damage during transit. We highly recommend using a insured, trackable shipping method.
5. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive the returned machinery, our technical team will inspect it for eligibility and functionality. If the items meet our return criteria, we will process the refund.

Note on Replacements/Exchanges: If you opt to replace or change any received item for any reason, please note that a return courier/handling charge will apply. Replacement or exchange will be facilitated only after the original item is received and inspected at our facility.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving the returned items. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Customized or specially modified OCA machines/fixtures.
Consumables (e.g., OCA glue, cleaning solutions, polarizer films) once opened.
Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
📸 Mandatory Unboxing Video: Please record a complete, unedited unboxing video of the parcel/crate before opening the packaging. This is required for transit insurance claims.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing component, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification of the unboxing video, we will promptly arrange for a replacement part, machine, or refund as appropriate.
